With more than forty years of real estate experience, Norbert Waldenmayer possess a level of expertise that is matched by only a few.  He has built and artfully designed over 50 custom and semi-custom homes in California and Montana. Norbert was among the first to take advantage of the trend towards more simplified homes on larger pieces of reasonably priced property. He successfully developed and sold several residential subdivisions, and in the process built a flourishing real estate brokerage company, Lion Realty, which was aptly named after Africa’s distinctive sentinel of the Serengeti. Overlook Point Housing Development

The Overlook Point subdivision consists of a total of 21.64 acres which are presently developed with all city services, paved streets, sidewalks, concrete curbs and gutters. It is located at the base of Mount Helena and enjoys outstanding views of both Mt. Helena and the Helena Valley.

Overlook Point was developed  in 2007 and as of summer 2011 has been substantially built out. Of the 30 single family lots on Knight Street, all 

developer owned lots have been sold.
